Condolences

Condolence From: Marvin N. Sokulsky
Condolence: Re: Patsy DImarco
I'm writing to express my sorrow over Patsy's passing.
My name is Marvin Sokulsky. My brother William E. Cherneski was a very dear friend of Patsy's. Back in the 50's a group of friends known as "The Boys" hung out together.
The group consisted of Patsy, Joe, Eddie Eigner, John Danyluk (Deceased) and Bill Cherneski (Deceased).
These guys travelled, dated, belonged to the Sertoma Club of Welland, golfed, attended Retreats and did just about everything together.
During this period Joe was studying for the priesthood and Dave was earning his wings.
The group kept up their association until most of them acquired steady girlfriends or spouses.
During those years I attended Memorial School and knew Ralph and Vince from that era.
I left Welland in the early 60's and pursued a career in Dearborn Michigan. Windsor is my permanent home.
I have not seen Patsy since my brother's funeral at Morgan's funeral home in 1977. I remember Patsy as a very kind and caring person. One whom my brother loved as his own.
I'm sure Patsy now resides with his maker and is watching over his flock with love and concern.
God Bless Him in his new endeavor.

All My Love.....Marv

Condolence From: Terry (and Janet) Tucker
Condolence: My wife and I only knew Patrick for the last two and a half years of his life.
I had just begun to appreciate Pat as a dear friend; who would do anything for anyone...
I enjoyed many morning walks with him in the summer of 2003 and we talked about the joy of living next to the orchards and vineyards of Niagara-on-the-Lake.
We joked as we shared the cutting of our mutual bit of grass on Colonel Cohoe Street; as I often held the cord of the electric mower while he did the pushing and pulling.
His energy always amazed me, and I envied his lust for life.
He will be sorely missed by Jan and I for his humour and love of family
Our love goes out to Marylou, who stood steadfastly by the love of her life in the difficult days of 2004.
God speed Patrick; you deserve a special place in heaven..

Condolence: Dear DiMarco Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences on Pat's passing. I had the honour of meeting Pat @ Canadian Tire Financial Services where I work as a back-up receptionist & switchboard attendant. I didn't know Pat very well as he worked mostly weekends, but the odd days he did work during the week I was so happy to see him & talk to him. I loved hearing his stories! He always spoke highly of his family & I admire him for that, he was truly a proud father & husband. His family was so lucky to have him, and I am glad I had the opportunity to meet him.
Sincerely,
Laura Czinege

Condolence: Please accept my sincere condolences. Pat was such a sweet man and was really loved by everyone here at the FarEast site at Canadian Tire Financial. I work on switchboard on this site and am stationed in the same workspace as Pat when he had the odd few day shifts. Take comfort that he is now at peace and will be your special angel.
