Life Story for Pellegrino Camelia

CAMELIA, Pellegrino - Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of Carmela for 57 years. Loving father of Mary Varalli (Alfredo), Zena Hogg (Warren), John Camelia (Kelly), Eduardo Camelia (Giuliana) and Connie Camelia (Fernando). Dear nonno of Vittoria Varalli, Michael Varalli, Christina Varalli (Nick), Rebecca Varalli and Dayne Kirby (Paul). Dearly loved brother of the late Valentino Camelia (Concetta), Maria Oliva and Benito Camelia, and brother-in-law of Pasqualina DeMizio (the late Giuseppe), Maria Della-Marca (Clemente), Nicolina Compare (the late Augustino) and Immacolata Damiano (Pasquale). Predeceased by his parents Giovanni and Maria and his brother-in-law Luigi Augello-Todino. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street on Monday April 17th from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church on Tuesday, April 18th at 1 pm. Entombment with Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Mausoleum.
