HIPWELL, Richard James (Hippie) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of
Rick in his sleep on May 27th at his home at the age of 60.
Dear brother of Lynda Waltham, Ronald (Sandra), Rex (Brenda),Wanda Piper, Randy (Carol), and Rodney. Predeceased by parents Jim and Jean Hipwell (Butt), nephew Ronnie Hipwell, and brother in law Ian Shedden. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends. Rick was a avid Toronto Maple Leafs fans, and enjoyed watching the games at Cool Hand Lukes, his local pub. Rick retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.
Rick, you will be deeply missed, "Cheers."
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Wednesday May 29 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Cremation to follow. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.morseandson.com
